In 2008 Sospa are taking the fitness holidays to Melenos Lindos.
A boutique hotel nestled within the rocky flank of the important acropolis of Lindos.
Melenos has the appearance of a village within a village. Designed by the artist – designer Donald Green, who has enriched the venue with attention to detail.
The peaceful and breathtaking setting with spectacular views of the Azure Aegean and coastline beyond of Melenos Lindos offers a private yet convivial atmosphere
The perfect setting to compliment the Sospa fitness holiday. Awakening all the senses with a feast of colour from the trailing bougainvilleas, fragrances from the Frangipane, Lavender and Jasmine. The sensuous and sophisticated atmosphere ideal for a relaxing massage.
All twelve suites have variations of the raised wooden sleeping platforms built with elaborate carved woodwork. Many rooms have richly painted ceilings of floral, bird and geometric motifs. Each suite furnished with an eclectic mix of embroidered pieces, antiques, hand made tiles and marble.
Layered terraces with sweeping views of the bay below paved with pebbles, an artists canvas individually designed for each suite. Perfect for meditation and morning yoga.
Dine under huge mediaeval style tents. Highly qualified chefs will create healthy imaginative dishes from local fresh produce.
