The day will begin with meditation and Yoga whilst the sun rises over the stunning bay. We will then feast on the gorgeous local fresh fruits, homemade breakfast muesli and local village rye bread.
We will head out for hiking, Nordic walking or cycling around the mountainous area. The team will all do the same hike or walk but will be split into three levels, so that each person can take in the beautiful landscape and enhance their fitness at their own pace.
Often the Hike will finish off in the picturesque St. Paul’s bay where a dip in the waters a perfect place for a cool down.
A light lunch will be served. Then it is your time to relax and maybe take one of those spa treatments, take a personal training work out , nutrition consultation or simply time out to relax on your terrace and take some sun.
Late afternoon it is down to one of the beaches for some hydro fitness in the form of Sea Jogging or Aqua aerobics to once again stimulate and revive you or maybe a cycle around the village to see the local culture and history.
As the sun sets we will all dine together on a feast of local fresh produce. Healthy and nutritious cuisine to compliment the exercise. Tapping into your senses with nature’s delicate flavours. Simple dishes to encourage and inspire you to transform home dining.
Evenings will be an opportunity to relax however suits you. The team will be around for more tips and pointers on lifestyle change. So the end to a perfect day recharged physically and mentally.
