- The location of Lindos is very warm and dry with a sea breeze that disguises the heat of the sun.
Whatever exercise clothing you feel comfortable in is appropriate choosing a light ‘dry fit fabric is best and of course using a high sun factor.
Sun hats, for the hikes with walking boots and training shoes.
For the rest of the time cool linen casual garments are best for comfort. A checklist of recommended items will be sent to each guest on confirmation of booking.

It is a great way to be involved with a group and there will be plenty of opportunity to take solitude where one requires.

- During the induction consultation each guest will tell the trainer what he or she require from the holiday.
